-All meat products are shipped fresh and are, therefore, perishable.
    -Mail Orders are processed and shipped on Monday or Wednesday. Occasional exceptions are made during holidays.
    -It is the purchaser's choice and responsibility to notify gift recipient of the delivery of perishable goods.
    -All shipments will be left at the designated recipients address without requiring a signature.
    -PIttsburg Hot Link Restaurants, Inc. (PHLR) and its assigned shipping carriers will be held harmless for orders delivered to the customer-specified recipient address on the customer requested date that are left unattended.
    -Our products are packed to withstand up to 48 hours using SEALED Propak Shippers. Product must be refrigerated upon receipt.
    -Report problems to customer service within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery.
    -Pittsburg Hot Link Restaurants, Inc. (PHLR) and its assigned shipping carriers cannot be held responsible for loss and/or damage arising from Acts of God, force majeure, severe weather, or natural disasters.
    -For parties and events, we recommend that you schedule your delivery to arrive at least 2 days before the event. 
    -Any mail orders during the months of June, July, August are required to use 2 day express, or over night shipping due to the high heat temperatures.
    This will ultimately be at the discretion of shipping management.
