PITTSBURG Brand Hot Links are an all beef hot link in a natural pork casing. The unique flavor brings back memories of childhood days with your family. PITTSBURG Brand Hot Links are approximately 3" long when fully cooked. This product is high in fat content and will have a lot of grease when cooking. This package includes: 31 lb case of Raw/Frozen Pittsburg Brand Original Hot Links, 1 Large Bottle Of Hot Sauce and UPS Ground Shipping. There is an extra charge for upgraded shipping. DO NOT MICROWAVE. These hot links should be baked in a conventional oven at 300 degrees for approximately 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and pierce the skin on the bottom side of each link. Drain any excess grease in the pan. Return to the oven and continue baking for approximately 10 minutes (keep a close eye on the links while the grease starts to build up in the links) Do not allow the links to burst. The hot links will be a dark brown color. If you prefer a more crisp outside, remove all grease from pan, return the links to the oven and bake at 350 for 5 - 10 minutes until cooked to your satisfaction.
